​Shipping
 

UK delivery options include First Class (2-4 days) & Standard Delivery (3-6 days). Times may vary.

Currently only shipping to UK and Ireland. 

For International orders, please get in touch and I can provide delivery costs and timings. 

I will always aim to send things out as quick as possible, however orders can take up to 1-2 working days to dispatch. If any issues do arise, I will inform you accordingly. Due to the weight, size and delicacy of ceramics, shipping can seem quite high. I will always try to keep the cost down, but protection of the items during transit is high priority.  

If an item is lost, please contact both me and the shipping company, this can happen. A new item can be made and sent, or a refund issued.

Packaging

 

I will always try to use eco-friendly packaging on when sending out items, ensure that it is reusable, recyclable and biodegradable. 

 

Returns

If packages are undelivered and returned by the courier, then a refund will be issued. If a return fee is charged by the courier this may also be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

Care

My work uses a range of glazes which over time could stain if not cared for (this goes for the satin items mainly). They are products I design and make for everyday use, but will require more care than other items.

- Washing items by hand is advisable.

- Try to avoid any staining foods/liquids where possibly (gloss glazes are more durable than satin glazes). 

- Clean after use

- Avoid leaving foods/liquids to sit for a long time. 

- Avoid putting items in the microwave.
